Free parking for all Miller Center events is available in the RACC flat student lots on a first-come, first-served basis.
Student Lot A, located on Front Street, is the closest flat lot to the venue. This lot sits next to the Yocum Library, located at 30 South Front Street, Reading, PA 19602.
Additional parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the college, with entrances at 27–51 N. Front Street and from Washington Street. Please note that garage parking is not free. Payment is credit card only, and the garage now operates as pay-by-app only using the ParkMobile app.

Traveling West - PA Turnpike
Take the Morgantown Interchange exit onto I-176 North and continue for approximately 14 miles. Merge onto Route 422 West, then take the exit for Penn Street. Bear right onto South Second Street. At the first intersection, turn right onto Franklin Street, and at the first stop sign, turn right onto Front Street. After you pass under the bridge, the Schmidt Training and Technology Center will be on your right. Parking is available in the RACC lots designated as Student Lot A.
Traveling via 422 West from King of Prussia
From Route 422, take the Penn Street exit. Bear right onto South Second Street. At the first intersection, turn right onto Franklin Street. At the first stop sign, turn right onto Front Street. After passing under the bridge, the Schmidt Training and Technology Center will be on your right. Parking is available in the RACC lots designated as Student Lot A.
Traveling via Route 61
Follow Route 61 South and take the 222 South (Lancaster/Lebanon) exit. Continue to the exit for Route 422 East. From Route 422, take the Penn Street exit and bear right onto South Second Street. At the first intersection, turn right onto Franklin Street. At the first stop sign, turn right onto Front Street. After passing under the bridge, the Schmidt Training and Technology Center will be on your right. Parking is available in the RACC lots designated as Student Lot A.
Traveling via Route 222
From 222 South, take the exit marked 222 South Lancaster / 176 / 422 and continue on the bypass. Take the exit for Route 422 East. From Route 422, take the Penn Street exit and bear right onto South Second Street. At the first intersection, turn right onto Franklin Street. At the first stop sign, turn right onto Front Street. After passing under the bridge, the Schmidt Training and Technology Center will be on your right. Parking is available in the RACC lots designated as Student Lot A.
Reading Area Community College is comprised of seven buildings on a 10.5 acre campus. Parking is located on campus, within easy walking distance of all facilities.

ADA Information
The Miller Center for the Arts is fully ADA compliant.
HANDICAP PARKING - There is no drop off location around the perimeter of the Miller Center. It is suggested that patrons using wheelchairs or walkers and their companions park in the designated sites and then proceed to the front entrance of the building. Please do not stop along 2nd Street, as it is both illegal and unsafe.
- Handicap parking is provided at the Front and Washington Parking Garage on level 1 for a fee.
HANDICAP ENTRANCES - patrons in wheelchairs and using walkers may use both front entrances, both of which are equipped with electronic door opening devices.
